Are you a first-stage entrepreneur with revenue of NZD $400K- $1M, looking to level up your personal and professional capabilities, network and success? EO Accelerator is has been designed for you.
Being an entrepreneur can be lonely. And itcan feel like you are facing new challenges every day. We're here to help you succeed.
With EO Accelerator you can join a community of entrepreneurs growing together in a structured learning program. There are programs running in more than 50 cities around the world, so you'll be connected to like-minded, growth focused entrepreneurs not just in New Zealand but all over the world.
Our mission is to empower entrepreneurs with the tools, accountability and community to grow and master their businesses. Along with accountability groups, access to EO coaches and mentors and structured educational content focused on the core areas of first-stage businesses, the Accelerator Program will afford you the unique experience of learning from and connecting with the world's most influential entrepreneurs.

In EO you'll access to direct learning, mentors and a peer to peer network. Enabling you to become a better entrepreneur and leader.
Accelerator Curriculum
Each quarterly program is led by a trained facilitator, who has been there and successfully done it! Content is focused on four key issues faced by entrepreneurs: strategic planning, execution, people and finance. There are 4 Learning Days across the year that will help you:
Refine your strategy to create sustainable growth.
Become a magnet for A-Players.
Develop a strategic advantage over competitors
Discover how to elevate your cash acceleration strategies to fuel your growth.
Accountability Groups
Get matched with a small group of peers that meet monthly, known as an Accountability Group. You work with a framework, tools to keep in touch between meetings, and an Accountability Coach from the Entrepreneurs' Organization.
Peer-to-peer learning
Network with other emerging entrepreneurs who can offer insights from their experiences. Networking among EOA participants locally,
and regionally can be an invaluable part of the programme.
Access EO exclusive events and training
Get invitations to EO events online,
in-person, locally and abroad and network with the wider EO community as well as access valuable learning resources.
Mentorship Programme
From your second year, you have the option of joining the EO Mentoring Programme, where you are matched with an experienced Entrepreneur based on the challenges you are trying to overcome.

How do I join?
The Accelerator Programme is invite only. To be eligible you need to:
You must be either the founder, co-founder or controlling owner of the business
Have annual turnover of at least $250,000 USD (currently around $400,000 NZD)
Have the ambition to reach 1 USD million turnover within 3 years.
Be able to commit to attending 4 Learning Days a year and a monthly Accountability Group.
Annual fees are made up of a local fee of $1528.43 (ex GST) and a global fee of USD $1750.
The year runs from July to June but intakes happen 4 times a year. Fees are pro rated depending on when you join.
